ABOUT
Marina Vista is a delightful three bedroom luxury holiday bungalow, which sleeps six and is set in extensive grounds with magnificent sea views. You can relax and soak up the Cornish sunshine and sea air, and witness spectacular sunsets from either of the sun terraces.

The bungalow offers a wonderful self-catering holiday let with a kitchen fully equipped with top quality appliances, and boasts original wooden floorboards and a crisp clean decor. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining prepared in the kitchen or on the outdoor barbeque.
Marina Vista sits on an enviable elevated position set back in a quiet lane which is a level 300 metre stroll from the bottom of the steps to the stunning beach. The changeover day is Saturday during school holidays, with alternative changeover days available at other times.

THE AREA
Polzeath beach is acclaimed as one of the best beaches in the country. It is a blue flag beach and has RNLI Lifeguards from Easter to October each year, making it the perfect family beach for building sand castles, rock pooling, swimming, body boarding, surfing and eating Cornish Ice cream!

Visitors can take part in many water sports including paddle boarding on calm days, surfing with lessons and equipment hire available on the beach, coasteering, kayaking, boat trips and kite surfing. Nearby The Point and St Enodoc offer two excellent golf courses.
Polzeath has a variety of restaurants and cafes, many with breathtaking views, offering locally sourced food and drink to eat in or take away.
The South West coast path is right on your doorstep and guests can enjoy walks to Pentire Point, The Rumps and beyond or to Greenway, Daymer Bay and Rock.

Bookings can be made for one week periods from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays, with flexibility for shorter stays outside of this time. Please refer to the calendar below for availability, and please complete the contact form for all booking enquiries.​
